Support Local Operation Unit Manager in all Quality work related to the pro-jects being executed business unit of company.
Ensure assurance support to the project management team in all quality related issues in the project to support project objective achievement in terms of quality, supplier & subcontractor quality, and customer satis-faction. Assuring and controlling Quality with systems, tools and teams to satisfy custom-er expectations while ensuring sustainable quality operations. Advise OU Operations Manager if quality risks are too high during project execution. Hbu Quality Manager support this position.

経験・スキル

- Broad knowledge of organization / area of operation
- Broad knowledge of quality assurance and quality control - Must
- Work independently and mindset of work as a team
- Experiences of quality assurance/control related assignments
- Native level Japanese language
- knowledge of Japanese business manner
- Business level English language, TOEIC 650 or higher -business level (Toeic score is reference)
- Exposure or skilled in Six Sigma, Quality tools like 7 QC & 8-D Tools, 5S and Kaizen. Having Green Belt Certifica-tion would be added advantage to the candidate
- Experienced in use of Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, MS Teams, Power Point while working with Com-puter.
