As People Head, you will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with overall business strategy while leading an HR team of 5 members.

Main tasks and responsibilities •Execution of internal communication in agreement and coordination with company management.•Boost and lead people development processes, including behavioral assessments and relevant feedback, internal and international job rotation, succession planning, career plans, in coordination with Corporate HR and reporting to the Line Manager. •Analyze training needs coming from competence assessment results and requests from LMs, support the definition of Individual Development Plans. Organize training courses as required, collect attendees’ feedback and record results. Support the Line Manager in selecting providers.
