KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Talent Acquisition (including temp staff)
Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle (Ensure hiring process, Vendors selection, CVs screening and arrange interviews and selection)

2. HR Operations
Responsible for HR Operations (On-boarding/Off-boarding processes, Time and Attendance Process Management, Employee Contract Renewal, Maintenance and creation of Japan HR intranet pages, Payroll, etc)

3. Policy
Develop and update HR policies based on markets’ regulations/legislations

4. Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
EHS coordination (Monthly HS committee, Stress Check Test, Annual Health Check-up)

5. Others
Provide HR-related data analysis, data creation and presentation when required Support global HR projects when necessary

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・Min. 5 years of HR experience especially in the areas below:
　ｰ HR Operations (On-boarding/Off-boarding processes, Time and Attendance, Defined Contribution, Payroll, etc)
　ｰ Talent Acquisition (both New College and Mid-Hire Recruiting)

・Knowledge and understanding of Labor Standards Acts
・Experience providing consultation and advice to Business Managers as an HR professional
・Fluency in both English and Japanese

大学卒業以上
