About the Role:Our client is currently looking for a Strategic & Analytical Investor Relations (Specialist or Manager) to join a large Japanese multinational high-tech PE-backed manufacturing company.Key Responsibilities:•Build and develop strong relations with the main US Private Equity Shareholder.•Work with the current IR Specialist & CFO to communicate investment strategy, updates, and opportunities to potentially new or existing clients.•Oversee all IR matters for both Domestic & International Projects.•Communicate the company’s story and value proposition by crafting a market narrative.•Drive engagement by organizing Investor Meetings and networking opportunities.•Maintain a deep understanding of the investment landscape.•Maintain regulatory disclosure and compliance requirements, including quarterly and annual reports.Qualifications:•Exceptional track record in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management.•Experience work

・Manage and coordinate all activities related to Mergers & Acquisitions for IT systems and processes・Present reports and updates on IT project status, risks, and mitigation.・Work with local and global IT teams and cross-functional stakeholders

・Work as the main point of contact regarding the Atlassian tools suite.・Maintain documentation related to Atlassian tool’s usage, and continuously improve them.・Business English (communicate with global team) and Japanese (communicate with local users)
