As a Martech Operations Specialist, you will act as a vital, hands-on extension of the Global Martech team, serving as the subject matter expert for CRM activation within the Cordial platform. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns, audience management, and data-integration support to ensure seamless customer engagement and retention. By bridging the gap between technical requirements and business objectives, you will maintain high standards of quality assurance and operational reliability. This role requires a methodical approach to troubleshooting, proactive stakeholder communication, and a commitment to refining processes that support business continuity and regional expansion.

Main tasks include:
■ Execute day-to-day operations in Cordial, including audience building, campaign updates, QA, and launch readiness.
■ Monitor and validate scheduled data jobs, investigating and resolving inconsistencies to ensure platform integrity.
■ Partner with internal teams and vendors to coordinate net-new platform requirements and complex data integrations.
■ Manage the project request tracker to ensure tasks are prioritized, documented, and completed within established timelines.
■ Perform message proofing, template edits, and personalization testing to guarantee high-quality customer communications.
■ Develop and maintain comprehensive operating procedures and documentation to support long-term business continuity.
■ Provide clear and evidence-based status updates to stakeholders regarding risks, blockers, and project progress.
■ Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical support teams to maximize platform utility.

経験・スキル

■ Fluent in Japanese and English to support regional and global team collaboration.
■ 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in Martech operations, CRM automation, or campaign management.
■ Practical, hands-on experience with the Cordial platform or a comparable ESP/CDP solution.
■ Strong proficiency in Excel or spreadsheet tools for data profiling, reconciliation, and tracking.
■ Working knowledge of HTML for basic email template updates and technical troubleshooting.
■ Ability to investigate issues methodically, distinguishing between facts and hypotheses to drive resolution.
■ Familiarity with data integrations, segmentation logic, and customer data management.
■ Basic SQL or query-validation capability is highly preferred.
■ Korean language skills are a plus for future regional readiness.
