■Role Overview
As a communications team leader, this position oversees PR strategies for the product portfolio and manages internal/external communications. The role drives brand reputation enhancement and team development while collaborating closely with global teams.

■Main tasks include:
・Direct all product and environmental shaping communications.
・Lead PR strategies for patients and healthcare teams.
・Ensure consistent communications with global teams.
・Build relationships with internal and external partners.
・Coach, develop, and manage the communications team.
・Handle media relations, crisis management, and materials.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

[Required]
・Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, or related.
・10+ years of PR experience and media knowledge.
・Business unit support and team management experience.
・Japanese and English at a business level or higher.

[Preferred]
・Strategic PR planning experience including digital.
・Knowledge of metabolic diseases and product pipelines.
・Experience managing PR agencies and external vendors.
・Crisis management and executive communications skills.
