Role & Responsibilities

In this high-impact position, you will act as a pivotal link between data strategy and commercial operations. You will be responsible for designing and maturing the framework for performance metrics and KPIs that guide executive decision-making. By championing the strategic evolution of commercial tools and processes, you will lead change management initiatives that ensure data-driven insights are deeply integrated into daily operations. You will navigate complex cross-functional landscapes, translating data into actionable strategies that optimize processes and drive measurable growth.

Main tasks include

Lead the strategic design and continuous improvement of core commercial KPIs and reporting dashboards to enhance organizational visibility.
Oversee the development of robust data governance frameworks to ensure high-quality master data and reliable analytical foundations.
Drive digital transformation by optimizing workflow processes and automating routine reporting tasks to increase operational efficiency.
Perform advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify performance trends and provide actionable strategic insights.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align commercial and operational objectives.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data projects, including requirements definition, system design, and successful implementation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
5+ years of professional experience in system implementation or IT consulting within a major SIer or consulting firm.
Strong expertise in data governance, master data management, and data modeling best practices.
Proven experience in designing and maintaining integrated database systems and ETL processes.
Proficiency in BI tools and building complex, user-centric dashboards (e.g., PowerBI).
Demonstrated ability to lead change management and deliver results in a complex, cross-functional organizational structure.
Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on applying statistical methods to solve business problems.
Business-level proficiency in both written and spoken English (TOEIC 730 or equivalent).
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and lead discussions in an international environment.
Experience with Salesforce and specific knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry are highly regarded.
