We're hiring a Senior Services Engineer(Cooling) to deliver top-tier technical service to our customers. If you thrive in a hands-on role where you solve problems, ensure safety, and keep critical systems running smoothly, this opportunity is for you.

What will you do?

・Technical Leadership
Resolve complex technical issues related to Cooling products
Provide technical support to Field Service Engineers and Team Leaders
Provide technical support for customer escalations
Create and manage technical cases and issues
Escalate technical issues to global teams and R&D and coordinate resolution
Review technical documentation and Service Handbooks

・Talent Development & Training
Conduct skills assessments and manage proficiency levels (PL) for Service Engineers and CSS (Certified Services Subcontractors)
Plan and deliver technical training programs
Develop and mentor junior engineers
Develop certification training plans and monitor progress

・Strategic Customer Support
Provide technical support to hyperscale data centers and colocation providers
Handle technical escalations for key customers
Support the preparation of customer-facing failure/incident reports
Provide technical support to Commercial and Tender teams

・Technical Governance & Quality Improvement
Drive service quality improvement initiatives
Support RCA (Root Cause Analysis) activities
Conduct Safety Audits
Develop and deploy best practices and technical standards

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Required (Must Have)

Service experience with HVAC, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, chillers, or related equipment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience handling customer technical escalations
Experience providing technical training, coaching, or mentoring to engineers
Strong communication skills in Japanese


Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience working with data center facilities
Experience with Chiller, TurboCore, CRAC, CRAH, or InRow products
Ability to communicate effectively in English in technical environments
Experience supporting hyperscale data centers
