■Role Overview
You will be responsible for Japan marketing activities and operations, including managing seminars, webinars, material creation, digital marketing, budget oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business efficiencies.

■Main tasks include:
・Plan and execute congress seminars, webinars, and face-to-face meetings.
・Develop new marketing materials and manage promotional stocks.
・Drive digital marketing activities and improve website customer experience.
・Manage marketing team budget, supplier invoices, and HCP fees.
・Negotiate vendor contracts and coordinate with international departments.
・Collaborate with legal, compliance, and regulatory teams for alignment.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Required:
・5+ years of professional experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
・Experience organizing seminars, webinars, or large-scale events.
・Business-level or above English for vendor negotiation and global teamwork.
・Strong capability in budget management and vendor control.

■Preferred:
・Experience in the oncology field or biotech industry.
・Familiarity with digital marketing tools and website management.
・Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
・Proven experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.
