[Professional Contract] Python AI & Prompt Engineer for Agentic Applications

We are seeking an AI & Prompt/Context Engineer to join our client's AI Platforms team to design, build, and scale production-grade Agentic AI applications that deliver real business value.
This role balances hands-on backend engineering, prompt design, data pipeline optimization, and direct business collaboration. This is not a role where you just sit in isolation and code from a ticket backlog. You will actively participate in business discussions, listen to pain points, ask sharp questions, and translate complex requirements into scalable AI solution designs.

Key Responsibilities
- Build AI Infrastructure: Design and maintain RAG pipelines (ingestion, chunking, indexing, retrieval, reranking) and backend applications using Python.

- Develop Agent Workflows: Build sophisticated agent workflows supporting multi-step reasoning, tool calling, task execution, and controlled automation with clear fallback paths.

- Enterprise Integration: Connect Azure OpenAI and related AI services with third-party SaaS platforms and in-house systems (such as policy administration, claims, Customer 360, and Agent 360).

- Data Manipulation: Perform advanced data transformation, analysis, and optimization using Pandas and NumPy.

- Prompt Governance: Design high-quality prompts, system instructions, and tool definitions while maintaining a version-controlled prompt library via GitHub Enterprise or Azure DevOps.

- Production Evaluation: Implement production evaluation hooks to monitor task accuracy, latency, token efficiency, and actively minimize hallucination risks.

経験・スキル

Profile & Technical Requirements:
- Strong software engineering skills using Python along with backend frameworks like Flask and FastAPI.
- Proven experience building AI applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar.
- Experience with Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation, alongside basic knowledge of statistics.
- Exposure to cloud-native development (Azure PaaS preferred) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
- Business-level Japanese is highly preferred to comfortably participate in requirements discussions and understand Japanese business documents.
