■About our Client
Our client is a leader in professional connector products. They supply high-quality interconnect systems and digital network solutions for audio, video, broadcast, live entertainment, lighting, and industrial markets, operating with a network across over 80 countries.

■Role Overview
This role is designed to strengthen the sales team in Japan, drive project-based and strategic account sales, and develop into a future Managing Director for the local organization. The successful candidate will transition from key account management to broader leadership responsibilities.

■Main tasks include:
・Drive B2B sales growth in Japan with a focus on strategic products.
・Manage and grow key accounts, distributors, and project-based sales.
・Maintain a strong sales pipeline and develop top accounts.
・Collaborate with internal teams and global headquarters.
・Support market research, sales planning, budgeting, and reporting.
・Build leadership skills to manage the local organization in the future.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
・5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or sales management.
・Experience working with distributors, key customers, and project-based sales.
・Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Japanese and English.
・Leadership experience or clear potential to grow into a Managing Director role.
・Background or solid technical understanding in pro AV or industrial connectivity is a plus.
