- Support and maintain business applications used in Japan operations, including ERP-related systems, retail applications, and reporting platforms.
- Manage daily application operations, user support, issue resolution, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor system performance and ensure operational stability and business continuity.
- Support system integrations and interfaces between local and global platforms.
- Coordinate data mapping, interface specifications, and integration requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support middleware, batch jobs, and file-based integrations.
- Participate in upcoming global ERP/SAP transformation initiatives, including testing, migration, and rollout activities.
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge management materials.
- Work closely with business users and global IT teams to improve processes and standardize operations.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer and long-term operational sustainability within the Japan IT environment.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 5+ years of experience in application support, system integration, ERP support, or business systems operations.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems.
- Experience supporting interfaces, integrations, SIT/UAT testing, or migration activities.
- Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a lean and fast-paced environment.
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
