- Lead a team of HR partners to collaborate effectively across the dealership.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, designing and delivering HR
initiatives that drive business outcomes and organizational effectiveness.
- Coach senior leaders on performance management, compensation and benefits, and
HR policies and practices to foster a high‑performing, value-driven and engaged
workforce.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, collaboration, and partnership across functions within
the dealership and with Caterpillar.
- Lead change and influence large‑scale, talent‑focused initiatives across the
business.

経験・スキル

- Business‑level proficiency in English and Japanese, with the ability to operate
independently.
- Progressive HR leadership experience, including senior HR management roles.
- Proven success leading company‑wide HR strategy in complex, matrixed
organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development, talent acquisition and
management, and cultural transformation.
- Strong experience in employee and labour relations, compliance, and risk
management.
- Experience with HR technologies, analytics platforms, and digital transformation
initiatives.
- Proven ability to work closely with executive leadership and boards on strategic
people and organizational issues.
