Key Responsibilities；
・Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for mid to senior-level positions
・Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand business goals and hiring needs
・Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies in a highly competitive talent market
・Drive multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining clear prioritization and delivery
・Utilize recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making
・Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and relevant labor regulations
・Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across HR, Business, and Global TA teams
・Contribute to TA process improvement, operational excellence, and scalability initiatives

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・3+ years of experience as a Senior Recruiter or equivalent role within an in-house TA function
・Business-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
・Strong logical and structured thinking skills
・Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive hiring processes to completion
・Solid understanding of basic HR regulations and compliance
・Strength in recruitment operations, process management, and execution
・Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting
・Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
