On behalf of one of USA's top insurance companies, Randstad is seeking highly skilled Data and AI engineer. The selected engineer will be the builder of our AI use cases in our
massive insurance data ecosystem, spanning customer, agent, transaction, and policy data and cutting-edge intelligence. Part of the job will be to design, build and deploy scalable Generative AI models and Predictive Analytics solutions that turn our Azure- based data lake into actionable insights and automated experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Model Development: Design, train, and deploy predictive models and LLM-based applications (RAG) using Azure Machine Learning and Azure AI Foundry.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with our data engineering team to consume high-volume data (Parquet, CSV, Text) from ADLS and Synapse.
• App Architecture: Build serverless AI orchestration layers using Azure Functions to bridge models with end-user applications.
• Storage Optimization: Utilize Azure AI Search for low-latency retrieval of AI outputs and metadata storage.
• Operational Excellence: Implement MLOps best practices and integrate AI workflows into CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment.

経験・スキル

Required Skills
● 5+ years of practical experience with AI/ML technologies and libraries, such as PySpark,
Pandas, NumPy, LangChain, Hugging Face, and LLM/RAG integration and prompt
engineering.
● 3+ experience working with GenAI / Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI
and Copilot, and integration via API.
● Proven hands-on ownership of production ML pipelines
● Experience with feature engineering on large, structured datasets
● Strong hands-on experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure, including
services for data engineering, ML training, deployment, storage, and secure production
operations
● Business Impact First: Strong focus on solving real-world problems and measuring ML
success using business KPIs, not just offline metrics.
● AI/ML Fundamentals: General understanding of statistics and AI principles to support
practical engineering (not deep research-level).
Technical Requirements
● Programming: Proficiency in Python (for AI/ML)
● Azure AI Stack: Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI
Foundry, and Azure OpenAI Service.
● Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of Azure Data Lake Storage
(ADLS) and Synapse Analytics. Experience working with Parquet files and largescale datasets.
● Backend & NoSQL: Experience developing with Azure Functions and managing data in
CosmosDB.
● DevOps: Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) for
automating AI model lifecycles.

Preferred Skills
● Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services sector.
● Ability to derive actionable insights from complex customer datasets to drive business
growth.
● Background in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
● Familiarity with distributed data processing on Spark
