As a key member of the Customer Success team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from our leading loyalty program in Japan. You will manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, address technical inquiries promptly, and serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.
Main tasks include
■ Define business requirements and understand client needs for seamless onboarding onto the Coupon Platform.
■ Manage technical client inquiries in line with defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
■ Act as a liaison with product and development teams for incident resolution, managing all client communications.
■ Perform essential client support activities to ensure client satisfaction.
■ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Platform features and specifications.
■ Enhance operational efficiency by improving and standardizing internal client support processes.
■ Develop and refine client support documentation for clarity and effectiveness.
■ Contribute to team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report on project progress.
■ Gather and relay client feedback to product and development teams for continuous product improvement.
■ Explore opportunities for cross-selling by learning about other tech products within our ecosystem.

- 経験・スキル
- ■ Bachelor's degree (BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
■ Business English and Japanese
■ 2+ years of Product or Project Management related experience in the Tech industry.
■ Proven ability to work with and learn detailed specifications of Tech platforms/products.
■ Experience managing various client support activities, including onboarding, inquiry handling, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
■ A strong product and customer-oriented mindset. - 学歴
