A Stable Global company is looking to hire a Senior Data Analyst

A stable company in the Life science industry is hiring a Senior Commercial Analyst to join our team in Japan. This position has been created to drive our EA business, establishing strategic partnerships with key corporate accounts to ensure continuous business retention and growth.

Role & Responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in enhancing Business Intelligence reporting and analytical capabilities. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to optimize business performance, working closely with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Main tasks include
- Conduct performance controlling and reporting to provide actionable insights.
- Leverage business intelligence and data analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage projects from planning through to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Utilize advanced MS Office Suite skills, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Contribute to change management initiatives to drive process improvements.
- Support the understanding and application of ERP and SFA systems.
- Engage in process improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of experience in commercial or financial analysis.
- Proven experience in performance controlling and reporting.
- Demonstrated skills in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Experience with project planning and management.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, creative, and disciplined approach to problem-solving.
- Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Results-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

● About 5 years of commercial or financial analyst experiences.
● Healthcare / Med-Tech industry experiences are highly regarded.
● Graduate of a relevant undergraduate business, finance, accounting or marketing degree.
● Post Graduate qualifications such as CA, CPA strongly preferred, but not required.
