■Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Field Technical Director, you will be instrumental in shaping technical sales strategies and ensuring successful customer implementations. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex technical concepts into business value and driving adoption of cutting-edge technology solutions.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the technical vision and strategy for customer engagements.
・Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle.
・Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations.
・Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
・Ensure successful post-sales technical support and customer satisfaction.

経験・スキル

■WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
・15+ years of experience in IT
・Fluent in Japanese and English.
・Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making

■Experience in these technical areas required:
・Storage, Backup, Virtualization, Linux CLI
・Cyber-security & Cyber Resilience

■Additional experience highly desirable:
・Strong verbal communication/presentation skills
・Strong written skills and the ability to create documentation
・Self-starter with excellent organization and time management skills
・The ability to work cross-functionally and run meetings to achieve a plan
・The ability to manage projects and to drive to a deadline
・Expected Travel: Up to 60%
