Mission of the Role；

The Global HR Director serves as the top HR executive (CHRO equivalent) for a automotive components supplier.

The role is responsible for designing and driving the company’s global human resources strategy that supports organizational transformation, integration, and sustainable growth. Key mission areas include:

Optimization of Joint Venture (JV) organizational structures across regions
Standardization and global alignment of performance evaluation systems
Development and reinforcement of a unified and high-performing organizational culture
Strategic headcount planning and global labor cost management
Establishment and execution of global talent management programs
Enhancement of leadership development, succession planning, and capability building
Oversight of global HR governance, compliance, and risk management
Driving digital HR transformation and advanced HR analytics
Acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・Minimum 20+ years of professional HR experience in multinational companies.
・Minimum 5+ years in senior HR leadership roles (HR Director, VP HR, CHRO, or equivalent).
・Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or Tier-1 supplier environments strongly preferred.　Proven track record in JV management, global HR transformation, and cross-cultural leadership.


Skills & Competencies：
・Deep understanding of global HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational design.
・Strategic thinking with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
・Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
・Demonstrated success in leading global teams and driving change in complex organizations.

Language Requirements：
English: Advanced business-level proficiency
Japanese: Native level mandatory
Chinese proficiency is a plus but not required.
