■Role Overview
You will be responsible for executing comprehensive commercial activities, including portfolio execution, visual merchandising, and digital content management.
You will act as a critical liaison between regional market teams and global shared service centers to streamline operations and enhance the overall consumer journey.

■Main tasks include:
・Execute GTR commercial plans and portfolio strategies.
・Lead retail infrastructure and visual merchandising.
・Manage online and offline content for brand consistency.
・Support the adoption of global shared service models.
・Bridge communication between market teams and services.
・Leverage multi-source data to drive business growth.

■Contract details:
- Professional dispatch
- Price: 3,000~4,000 JPY / Hourly

経験・スキル

【Required】
・1-3 years of commercial or retail operations experience.
・Business-level or above English and Japanese communication.
・Strong digital acumen with curiosity for new tech platforms.
・Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.

【Preferred】
・Proficiency in Chinese. (Nice-to-have)
・Analytical mindset to turn complex data into actionable insights.
・Experience in change management or shared service models.
