■MAIN PURPOSE
The Commercial Director will manage, coordinate, and drive the sales teams to maximize the growth of the business.
This entails formulating and executing comprehensive sales strategies, ensuring retail excellence across all distribution channels, and identifying new business and network development opportunities.

Furthermore, the role is critical in fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, aligning with global directives, and leading the development of a high-performing commercial team.

■KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
・Formulate and achieve comprehensive annual sales objectives across all channels
・Execute integrated sales strategies to maximize business growth and penetration
・Ensure retail excellence is consistently maintained across all boutique doors
・Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic network expansion
・Coordinate cross-functionally with MD and Marketing to ensure event alignment
・Lead, hire, and develop high-performing commercial teams and boutique staff
