Senior Manager, Data Management & Analytics

We are looking for a visionary leader to maximize the performance of our Corporate Function (CF) across the entire organization. In this role, you won't just manage data; you will architect the KPIs, refine master data quality, and leverage advanced analytics to drive global business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Empower Decision-Making: Design and elevate standard CF metrics and KPI reporting to strengthen organizational visibility.

Optimize Data Infrastructure: Lead systematic data integration and master data refinement to ensure world-class data quality.

Drive Operational Excellence: Use advanced analytics to optimize business processes and provide high-level decision support.

Requirements
Experience: 5+ years (Manager level) at a major consulting firm or SIer, or extensive experience in sales strategy/management consulting.

Technical Prowess: Expertise in data governance, data modeling (ETL/Normalization), and dashboarding (PowerBI).

Leadership: A proven track record of leading change, negotiating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving results in complex environments.

Languages: Business-level English (TOEIC 730+ or equivalent) and Japanese.
