●Lead the adoption of Copilot and similar AI technologies to drive innovation and efficiency
●Design and implement AI systems, including Copilot integrations
● Partner with users in reviewing business processes to identify opportunities for AI solutions
to increase efficiency, automation, and productivity.
●Support of above-mentioned AI systems
●Drive organizational change through AI adoption and the benefits it brings

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

●One year experience building AI projects (including side or hobby projects)
●Two years of Software development experience
●Experience in defining and communicating business and non-functional requirements to
users
●Good communication skills in English & Japanese (will work with overseas and Tokyo office
teams)
●Experience in the Asset Management (or Finance industry)
●Experience with GitHub
●Experience with agile software development project management
●Ability to work independently
