・Execute triage workflows for autonomous vehicle (AV) fleet issues—from initial fault detection to advanced diagnostics and resolution tracking
・Perform hands-on diagnostics and root cause analysis on AV hardware, software, and calibration systems
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support validation of vehicle changes, including testing of hardware, software updates, and calibration modifications
・Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of triage standard operating procedures , tools, and service level agreements
・Participate in root cause investigations for recurring failures, capturing detailed technical data to inform long-term solutions
・Maintain accurate documentation for all triage and validation activities to ensure traceability and support knowledge sharing
・Escalate unresolved or systemic issues to the appropriate engineering or operations teams, with detailed context and recommendations
・Communicate findings clearly and effectively, translating technical issues into insights for peer teams and stakeholders

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・5+ years technical job experience or a Technical Degree
・Experience with troubleshooting issues on computers or other hardware
・Experience with data entry
・Demonstrated themselves to be detail-oriented

Nice to have:
・Experience with Fleet Management Systems (Fleetio, etc)
・Experience with Linux
・Experience with software tools/services like Slack, Jira, and Confluence
・Experience with Google Workspace
・Prior experience with Autonomous Vehicles or Automotive work
