ManagerResponsibility
1. HC and Personel cost management
-Personnel cost management in trend/budget with timely and accurate manner.-Gap analysis between budget/Trend and actual and explanation to concerned parties .

2. Planning and execution support of HR policy and practice
The following resposibilities are fullfilled supported by HR Planning Manager
・Compensation policy/practice
- Participate in compensation surveys and set appropriate and competitive compensation levels based on the results of the surveys
- Facilitate Year-end calibration process in collaboration with HRBP/Global/zone teams.

-Putting in place for Japanese regulation change and labor agreement revision (36 kyotei etc)

経験・スキル

・Experience in HR planning experience (2 years or more
・Experience in Payroll or in Accounting
・Knowledge or experience of SAP or Success Factor in HR area.
・English (Bussiness level in speaking)
