■About our client
Our client is a global biotechnology leader whose solutions support life-saving activities, from fundamental biological research to developing innovative vaccines, new medicines, and cell and gene therapies.

■Role & Responsibilities
This position is part of the technical service department and will be based remotely in Tokyo. You will be responsible for providing field service engineering support for our biotechnology equipment.

■Main tasks include
・Maintenance/Repair/Troubleshooting
・Installation/Validation (GMP: IQOQ)
・Sales promotion (contracts, parts)
・Team collaboration (domestic/worldwide)
・Manage mid-to-large installation projects
・New equipment launch preparation

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Degree level or equivalent Major: Biology, Bio-chemistry, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Genetic Engineering, or related
・Min. 3 years of experience in field service or related engineering dept.
・English conversational level
・English reading and writing skills
