A leading global biopharmaceutical company is seeking a Digital Content & Campaign Manager to oversee content creation for its omnichannel marketing efforts in Japan.
This role involves developing and executing content plans that align with brand objectives, localizing global materials for the Japanese market, and managing digital campaigns across various platforms.
The Manager will be responsible for driving and managing the delivery of omnichannel marketing initiatives, including the company's professional web portal, email campaigns, and promotional material logistics. The manager will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with Marketing, Medical, and global teams to implement new capabilities, improve channel services, and ensure all activities meet compliance standards.
This role is a key enabler in transforming the company's go-to-market model in Japan and involves overseeing the work of team members and outsourced contractors.
■Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of channel service providers to ensure the on-time delivery of omnichannel campaigns.
- Lead the deployment of new global capabilities and features to enhance both new and existing marketing channels in Japan.
- Act as a channel subject matter expert, providing input on digital initiatives and proposing recommendations based on unified customer insights.
- Ensure the effective and compliant operationalization of all digital channels and campaigns, adhering to all relevant local approvals and standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve channel delivery services through standardization and support for local market needs.

- ■Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent Master's-level education is preferred.
- A proven track record of project management, problem-solving, and successfully delivering execution.
- Experience overseeing the work and deliverables of outsourced contractors and/or team colleagues.
- Proficiency in Japanese is necessary, and English fluency is required (TOEIC score of 730 or higher).
- Demonstrated history of leading innovation or transformation, with a comprehension of commercial experience, preferably in digital marketing - 学歴
