The responsibility of the HR Manager is to enhance the power of people and the organization, thereby supporting the brand.To create an environment where all employees can work with peace of mind, grow, and take pride in the brand.
To that end, building systems that “organize, support, and enhance” through both HR and general affairs functions is
the role of the HR and General Affairs Manager.
HR
・Management and responsibility for attendance tracking and payroll payment
・Responsible for the overall recruitment strategies, manpower planning and attrition for our Japan office
・Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment for corporate office and retail positions,
including; job advertisement postings, short-listing, interviews, ・ Implement and use the Global HR System (Workday)&Local System(Jobcan) HRIS personnel file management, manpower allocation,
・Develop, implement and improve HR processes, company policies and procedures including employment terms and benefits
・Responsible for staff costs, including; budget management, analysis, preparation of reports and working with various business units to manage staff costs
・Salary increases and promotions In accordance with HQ policies, and the practical implementation aspects at the Japanese Local leve.l Responsible for compensation and benefits, including; salary bench-marking, commission/incentives policies, staff benefits, legal compliance, employee insurance, work injury compensation, etc.
・Responsible for the performance and talent management, including; career planning, employee development, performance appraisal, succession planning, global mobility,
Implementing the IDP(Individual Development Plan) to develop employees' skills and potential
and managing low-performance employees in collaboration with department leaders
・Constantly improve employee relations, engagement and performance as a critical people strategy to achieve organizational goals
・Labor Issues response. Handle grievances and provide recommendations relating to employee matters, including; exit interview, termination, counseling, demotion, etc.
・Participation in the regular meeting with HQ and the Global HR Meeting
General Affairs
・ Supervise corporate office and retail outlets administration, including; retail and employee insurance, employee , stationaries, office maintenance, etc.
・Business Travel Arrangements and Management
・Office facility management, Collaborate with the office owner
・Attend safety and health committee meetings hosted by the facility owners and share information
・Risk Management for Emergency Preparation
Responsibility for emergency supplies, emergency response and employee safety confirmation
・Organization of company events

- 経験・スキル
- ・ Business level English Skill
・At least 8 years of working experience in a related industry with at least 3-5 years in amanagerial capacity
・ Proficient in PROSOFT UNIT 4 or BIPO HRIS system an added advantage
・Strong leadership qualities and result oriented
・Mature Contemplative, Calm, Flexible Personality
・Able to work well with people across all levels
・Self driven and independent
・Versed with the employment laws in Japan
・Knowledge and experience with HR systems
・Fun, vibrant and outgoing personality
・ Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry - 学歴
