Lead strategy for Japan & South Korea markets, Head of Market Access position!

■About our client
A pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), aiming to transform diabetes management and empower people to take control of their health.

■Position Overview
As the Head of Market Access, Policy and Advocacy for Japan and South Korea, you will be part of the APAC team, responsible for developing and executing strategies to enable broader patient access to our CGM technology.

■Responsibilities
・Create and deliver access and advocacy strategies for JP & KR
・Lead HTA/guideline submissions and value-based funding programs
・Engage in policy development and with payers
・Participate in local and regional industry bodies
・Construct strategies for optimizing reimbursement and positioning
・Establish and lead interactions with government entities

経験・スキル

■What makes you successful
・13+ years of related experience.
・5-8 years of management experience.
・Experience in Health Insurance, HTA, or public health.
・Pharma/medical device market access knowledge.
・Can create & execute market access strategies.
・Design/deliver value communications for payers/HCPs.
・Strong track record in Japan market access.
・Experience with payer bodies for reimbursement.
・Experience building advocacy networks.
・Experience with policymakers & consultants.
・Business/sales experience linked to reimbursement.
・Experience in a matrix organization.
・Effective presentation skills to stakeholders.
・Business-level English and Japanese skills.
・Can read and interpret policy documents.
・Ability to write reports and correspondence.

■Nice to have
・Diabetes field experience.
・Korean language skills.
