[Role & Responsibilities]
You will be a key member of the team responsible for building and maintaining the Databricks-based data warehouse solution. You'll design, implement, and support data solutions using Databricks on Azure, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets evolving business needs. You'll be at the forefront of leveraging cutting-edge technologies to solve complex data challenges.

Main tasks include:
- Develop and maintain Databricks solutions for a major financial institution.
- Implement business requirements on the Databricks platform.
- Support day-to-day operations of the Databricks environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement and optimization of the data lakehouse platform.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- 3+ years of software development experience using Python.
- Proven experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and Databricks.
- Experience writing production-level, well-documented code.
- Familiarity with common machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, NumPy, pandas).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Delta Lake) is a plus.
- Experience with MLOps tooling (MLFlow, etc.) is a plus.
