【Position Purpose / 期待役割】
We are seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) / HCM (Human Capital Management) system in Japan.
This is a Manager-level role, with future potential to lead the division team as the Japan organization scales.
You will act as the local bridge between HR operations in Japan and the global IT/HCM teams in the U.S. and Europe.
The role requires hands-on post-implementation experience (maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, integrations) and the ability to drive system improvements from a Japan perspective.
