Role
Role & Responsibilities
You will be the driving force behind our client's ambitious recruitment strategy. You will design and implement innovative recruitment plans, leverage diverse hiring methods, and build a strong employer brand. You'll own the full recruitment cycle, from planning and strategy to execution and reporting, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract and secure top talent. In this role you'll develop and execute impactful recruitment strategies.
Main tasks include:
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans.
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles across the organization.
Utilize a variety of sourcing and recruitment techniques to attract top talent.
Develop and execute an employer branding strategy.
