■Job Description
This position at a global pharmaceutical leader is for a Corporate Strategy Director who will be at the forefront of strategic planning and execution in Japan. The role involves leading cross-functional initiatives to achieve ambitious business objectives, facilitating key meetings, driving change management, and building project management capabilities within the organization, while also contributing to large-scale transactions through analytical and problem-solving skills.

■Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of cross-functional initiatives.
- Facilitate key meetings and follow up on action items.
- Develop and implement operating plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead communication and enable change within the business area.
- Contribute to large-scale transactions, including market analysis and valuation.
