・Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams.

■Requirements
・8+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related field.
・Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
・Experience managing a portfolio of key accounts.
・Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Proficiency in CRM software.
・Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
・Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
・Business-level English & japanese language skills.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
