■Position Overview
This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their success with our client's products and services. The position involves proactively identifying opportunities to expand our client’s business and contribute to their overall growth. The manager acts as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing exceptional service and support.

■Job Description
・Lead client onboarding and training initiatives.
・Develop and execute strategic client success plans.
・Identify and address client needs and challenges.
・Grow client relationships through proactive communication and engagement.
・Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams.
・Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
・Contribute to the development of client success best practices.

・Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

・Proficiency in CRM software.
・Experience working with enterprise-level clients.
