Summary
Randstad is partnered with global Insurance firm, and we are looking for an MLOps Engineer to drive innovative approaches in understanding, interacting, and serving their customers by optimizing analytics to derive actionable business insights. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, to understand their requirements and business background, and lead data analytics initiatives from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities:
Pipeline Management & Automation:
● Design, implement, and manage end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
● Automate data workflows, model training, and deployment processes using industry best
practices.
● Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models to facilitate
continuous improvement and rapid iteration.

Model Deployment & Lifecycle Management:
● Deploy and manage machine learning models on Azure ML
● Ensure seamless integration and deployment of models into production environments.
● Monitor, maintain, and refine models to ensure optimal performance and reliability over
time.

Infrastructure & Tools:
● Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for
scalable and reproducible model deployments.
● Utilize MLOps tools to track experiments, manage model versions, and ensure
reproducibility of results.
● Manage and optimize cloud resources to balance performance and cost-effectiveness.
Collaboration & Communication:
● Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to integrate
models into production systems.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them
into technical solutions.
● Provide mentorship and guidance on MLOps best practices to team members.

経験・スキル

Education & Experience:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or a related field.
● Proven experience in deploying and managing machine learning models in production
environments.

Technical Skills:
● Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
● Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries.
● Experience with cloud platforms and services, ideally with Azure ML, but others such as
AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Databricks etc are also acceptable.
● Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines,
containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
● Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
● Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development
workflows.

Soft Skills:
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with automated machine learning (AutoML) tools and techniques.
● Knowledge of data engineering principles and experience with ETL pipelines.
● Familiarity with advanced analytics and business intelligence tools.
