■Role & Responsibilities
As a Marketing Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our products in the Japanese market. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. You will lead product launches, manage the product lifecycle, and build strong relationships with distributors and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

■Main tasks include
・Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with sales targets.
・Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
・Develop long-term strategies, annual operating plans (AOPs), and marketing plans.
・Manage product launches and lifecycle management.
・Manage relationships with distributors and ensure healthy inventory levels.
・Develop and implement marketing communication materials.
・Expand the market through KOL development and engagement.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.

■Requirements
・University degree in business administration or a related field.
・Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the medical device industry.
・Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.
