■Role & Responsibilities
You will be the driving force behind successful new product introductions (NPI) in Japan. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, navigating complex projects from initial planning through launch, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of milestones. You'll collaborate extensively with global teams, stakeholders, and external partners, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the entire product lifecycle.

■Main tasks include
・Lead cross-functional NPI/Supply Chain projects within Japan.
・Prepare for and execute new product launches, ensuring on-time completion of all tasks.
・Manage project timelines, milestones, and resources effectively.
・Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
・Establish and lead site NPI/Supply Chain project teams.
・Develop and implement solutions to ensure successful product launches.
・Monitor and analyze demand forecasts and supply performance.
・Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management.
・Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in NPI projects.
・Experience launching products within the pharmaceutical industry in Japan.
・Experience with CMO management or production planning.
・Expert knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
・Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
・Strong project management skills and experience working with global teams.
・Proficient in Japanese and English.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
