Your Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and payment processing.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and disclosures in accordance with relevant standards.
• Support internal and external audits, as well as tax-related activities.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing expert accounting guidance.
• Apply IFRS principles, navigate PCAOB audits, and contribute to internal control (US-SOX) compliance.

What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (experience with freee is a plus).
• Experience preparing financial disclosures for listed companies (preferred).
• Familiarity with IFRS standards (preferred).
• Business-level English communication skills (preferred).
• Relevant accounting certifications (USCPA, Bookkeeping 1st grade, etc.) are highly valued.
• Genuine interest in the evolving landscape of crypto-assets, NFTs, and Web3.
• Strong team player, excellent communication skills, adaptable, eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
