■Role & Responsibilities
As the Director of Value and Market Access, you will be at the forefront of bringing life-changing cell therapies to patients in Japan. You will develop and implement comprehensive value and access strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams locally and globally. You’ll be a key driver in shaping market access strategies and ensuring successful product launches.

■Main Tasks Include:
- Develop and execute market access strategies for CAR T-cell therapies in Japan.
- Lead the creation of key market access deliverables, including pricing dossiers and health economic models.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Government Affairs, etc.).
- Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of market access deliverables.
- Conduct payer research and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor the competitive and regulatory landscape to adapt strategies to emerging trends.
- Contribute to the development of pricing strategies for current and future products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Represent the company in policy shaping activities.

経験・スキル

■Requirements:
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD) and 8+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience OR Master's degree and 10+ years experience OR Bachelor's degree and 12+ years experience.
- Significant experience in market access, with a proven track record of successfully delivering key deliverables.
- Experience in the hematology/oncology therapeutic area preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience working in complex matrix environments and influencing stakeholders across different functions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with health economics and outcomes research is a plus.
- Experience in CAR T therapeutic area is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
