- Staffing strategy development: Create and implement strategies to source, attract, acquire, and retain
talent.
- Manage recruitment processes: Oversee the entire recruiting process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and
desired candidate profiles.
- Employment Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance the company's employment brand.
- Tracking Recruitment Metrics: Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and
implement necessary actions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience: Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the
hiring process.
- Integrated workforce planning: Become the single point of contact for AGH workforce planning,
working with business leaders to develop workforce plans that meet current and future business
needs.

経験・スキル

【Required】
- 7+ years’ experience in full cycle recruitment process
- Experience in standard TA process
- Bilingual (Japanese and English)
- Excellent communication skills: able to work with various stakeholders (hiring managers, regional HR
team and external agencies)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making
