経験・スキル

◆ Required:

• Experience in either of following ① or ② or ③:
　① Management consulting;
　② Corporate planning;
　③ Financial strategy.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Passion for business growth and financial services knowledge (payments, banking, insurance, etc.).

◆ Preferred (not a must):

• Business-level English (TOEIC 800+).
• Experience working in diverse, high-growth environments.
