■Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, building strong relationships with key clients (department stores, mall operators, property landlords, and wholesale buyers), and implementing sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets. You will mentor a high-performing team, analyze sales data to identify market opportunities, and ensure the smooth daily operation of retail locations. ■Main tasks include
・Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
・Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on impactful campaigns.
・Mentor and manage a high-performing sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.
・Analyze sales data to inform strategic decision-making.
・Oversee daily retail operations and ensure store profitability.
・Identify and secure new tier-1 locations for future distribution.
・Recruit new sales team members.

■Requirements
・5+ years of experience in retail management within the beauty/luxury industry
・Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and meeting targets
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills
・Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
・Fluency in English and Japanese
