They are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to play a key role in shaping their HR strategy and driving success in the Japan market.
■Role & Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to senior management, partnering closely with business leaders to shape HR strategies, address organizational needs, and drive operational excellence. You will be instrumental in building a strong, high-performing workforce, and will leverage data-driven insights to anticipate and address challenges. You'll design and implement impactful change management initiatives and lead talent acquisition strategies ensuring the ongoing development and success of your assigned business unit. This is a strategic role requiring a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making a significant contribution to a leading global organization.
■Main tasks include
・Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
・Conduct organizational and talent assessments, developing and implementing talent management strategies.
・Design and implement effective change management strategies to support organizational transformation.
・Develop and deliver coaching and development programs for managers and executives.
・Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver key HR initiatives.
・Leverage data analytics to support business decision-making.
・Lead or participate in M&A activities from an HR perspective.

- ■Requirements
・Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
・Experience working within a global organization and/or multinational company preferred.
・Strong understanding of Japanese employment law and HR best practices.
・Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
・Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
