■Role & Responsibilities
As a HEOR Specialist/Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping market access strategies for our innovative products. You will design and execute HEOR studies, develop compelling value messaging, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. You’ll be at the forefront of evidence generation, contributing directly to patient access and improved health outcomes.

■Main tasks include
- Develop and implement HEOR and Real-World Evidence (RWE) strategies for pipeline products.
- Lead the design and execution of HEOR studies, ensuring timely and high-quality data delivery.
- Develop compelling value messaging and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Medical Affairs, Market Access, etc.) to align strategies and ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare and contribute to HTA dossiers to support market access and pricing negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and academic researchers.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., health economics, epidemiology, biostatistics).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HEOR or RWE within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in designing, conducting, and analyzing HEOR studies.
- Strong understanding of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) processes and requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience with statistical software packages (e.g., R, SAS).
- Business-level English is required. Experience working on HEOR projects overseas is a significant plus, even without Japanese language skills.
