経験・スキル

【Essential Requirements / 必須要件】
. 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics with demonstrated business impact.

. Hands-on experience with: Python, SQL, Pandas, PySpark, PowerBI, and AzureML.

. Strong skills in machine learning techniques, including classification, regression, and clustering.

. Proficiency in CI/CD, MLOps, and cloud platforms like Azure.

. Advanced Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) and Business-level English (oral and written).

【Nice to Have / 歓迎要件】
. Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is a plus
. Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Data Scientist, Azure Data Engineer, PowerBI Data Analyst)
