Well known Global company is hiring a Bilingual (Japanese & English) IT Support Specialist.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a real impact.
You cover Japan office and locations while working with the Singapore
- Oversee IT support and service delivery.
- Collaborate with business leaders to provide IT guidance.
- Provide technical support and coaching to team members.
- Manage and triage incidents and project requests.
- Build a best-in-class IT support services team.
- Office locations Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka

Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience (2 years in end-user support, 1 year in Service Desk).
- Proven experience supporting Windows OS, applications, file share management, and Active Directory.
- Ability to travel 10-20% within the region.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 20KG.
- Bilingual (Japanese and English)

Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL certification or training is a big plus

経験・スキル

Required Experience:

- Diploma/Degree in IT or IT-related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of total IT experience, with at least 2 years of experience in end user support environment (Windows-Networking based) and at least 1 years of Service Desk support and/or Management
- Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting and supporting Windows OS and applications and including
- Window server files share management and Active Directory management

Language:
- Fluent Japanese and Business English is required.

Travel:
- Domestic travel is required (around 10-20%).
