■Role & Responsibilities
As a Windows Active Directory Technical Lead, you will be the technical expert, providing critical support and leadership. You'll design, implement, and maintain complex Active Directory infrastructures, troubleshoot critical issues, and mentor team members. You'll directly impact the company's ability to operate smoothly and securely, working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

■Main tasks include
・Lead the design and implementation of Active Directory solutions, ensuring scalability and high availability.
・Manage and maintain complex multi-forest Active Directory environments, including trust relationships and ADFS.
・Troubleshoot and resolve critical Active Directory issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
・Develop and implement Group Policy, ensuring consistent system configurations and security.
・Manage and maintain DNS and DHCP services.
・Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
・Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・6+ years of experience in Windows Administration, Networking, Performance Tuning, Patch Management, and Windows Upgrades in a production environment.
・Expert knowledge of Active Directory, including replication, DFS, and ADFS.
・Experience with Azure AD Connect and multi-forest management.
・Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
・Leadership experience and the ability to handle complex technical and customer-facing situations.
