低分子医薬品の探索物性・初期製剤研究を担当するグループにおけるマネージャーまたはリーダーの役割を担っていただきます。様々な探索研究プロジェクトの物性製剤にかかる課題解決を遂行するとともに、最先端の技術開発をリードしてイノベーションの起点となり、メンバーの育成にも貢献頂きます。主な職務内容は以下の通り：
・探索研究プロジェクトにおける物性研究のリーディング
・将来必要な新規物性・初期製剤技術の開発
・研究生産性向上のための協業の提案
・既存の物性・製剤評価法の改善提案
・物性製剤CROのマネジメント
・グループメンバーの育成や技術指導、動機付


You will be responsible for taking on the role of manager or leader within the group that handles the exploration of physicochemical properties and early formulation research for low molecular weight pharmaceuticals. You will be involved in solving challenges related to the physicochemical issues of various exploratory research projects, leading cutting-edge technology development as a catalyst for innovation, and contributing to the development of team members.
The main responsibilities include:

- Leading research on physicochemical properties within exploration research projects
- Developing new technologies for future required physicochemical properties and early formulation
- Proposing collaborations to improve research productivity
- Proposing improvements to existing methods for evaluating physical properties and formulations
- Managing physicochemical property and formulation CROs
- Developing and providing technical guidance and motivation to group members.

経験・スキル

【必須要件（Essential criteria）】
・薬学、工学、理学等理系の大学院卒以上で博士号取得者
・製薬会社における5年以上の物性・初期製剤研究の経験
・物性・初期製剤研究のリーダー経験⇒組織またはプロジェクトにおいて物性・製剤研究をリードした経験
・リーダーシップと行動力

【望ましい要件（Desirable criteria）】
・マネジメント経験
・海外共同研究をリードできる英語力


【Essential criteria】
- A graduate of the faculty of pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or natural sciences, with a doctoral degree
- More than 5 years of experience in physical properties and early formulation research at a pharmaceutical company
- Experience as a leader in physical properties and early formulation research, leading research in an organization or project
- Leadership skills and initiative

【Desirable criteria】
- Management experience
- Proficiency in English to lead international collaborative research.
