●Develop Customer Selling Story (Value Driveb Selling) : Every 6 months
Engage our field sales people and to convince customers
1, Identify Category Growth Opportunity (need to link with Customer Value) - align with franchise and sales team
2, Develop Category Growth Dtrategy (long-term consistent)- keep reviewing to check if it is working
3, Develop plans to drive the category strategy and customer value -review them for PDCA
4, Support sales to commercialize customer value including category growth and profit improvement simulation
●Set Clear KPIs and Develop Plans to Achieve them : Every 6months
KPIs : Distribution Store Count, Display Store Count with Quality, Pricing.
KPIs for : NPI, Focus Itemes=mainly Hero SKUs, Brand Total Performance, Promotion Packs
1, Identify LPIs which link with BP or Updated Target and get alignment from franchise and sales team
2, Set crystal clear target for Distribution, Display and Pricing for NPI, Focus Items, Brand Total and Promotions
3, Develop plans to achieve KPIs - Shopper Based Concept, Display Tools and POPs and Incentives etc.
●KPI Tracking and Gap Fill
1, Weekly Tracking : KPIs for NPI and Promotion Packs : Pre-Sale and Actual
2, Monthly Tracking : KPIs for Focus Items and Brand Total ( Distribution is Quarterly or Half Year)
3, Lead Gap Fill Plan development and track excutions
●Business Review
1, Monthly : Sales Dept. Fundamental Performance by Brand
2, Quaeterly : Trad Fund Spending Effectiveness including promotion packs
3, Half Year : Category Growth Strategy, Customer Value Assesment (including Competitor Analysis)
4, Annually : Sales Dept. Performane Review for BP
●Strategy Creation:
1, Co-create the Franchise strategy but inputting Trade and Shoppers relevant insights.
2, Plan with the Franchise team (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain etc.) the balance the marketing mix model and trade support.
3, Lead the engagement of each stakeholders (including Japan Leadership Team) to get dechision and commitment of the plan.
4, Engage and drive the Sales Senior Management in the longterms and short terms execution of the plan
5, Self involve in the company strategy and proactivly contribute to the other brands strategy
● Other Tasks
1, Work with regional team in Singapore to develop new shopper based concept
2, Promotion Pack SPPP
3, JBP Support
4, Lead Cross Department Project

- Rlated Experience】
1, 5Years Field Sales Experience or Trade Marketing and sales Experience in FMGC or Cosmetics companies
2, Experienced to challenge new things and meet or exceed high expectation even after failuer
【Expertise / Skill】
Deep knowledge of shopper, industry, Competitors, Retailers and Wholesalers
Japanese : Advanced level
English Communicatioin Skill : Minimum TOEIC Score 800 ( Need to understand English conversation)
PC Skill - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Tableau (Internal Date Source) and i-Canvus (Intage Market Date) - 学歴
