Summary of Key Responsibilities

Working with the Associate Director, Commercialisation Japan on the implementation of local commercialisation strategies across assigned therapeutic area (dermatology, respiratory and Otolaryngology), in cooperation with Alliance partner.
Ensure a successful and productive working relationship with cross-functional colleagues and XXX’s co-commercialisation partner.
Partner with the sales team in providing appropriate information and tools.
Provide high quality input where required to local market development and commercial activities.
Support implementation of local tactical plans and the provision of marketing/sales support materials.
Ensure tracking of agreed KPIs to allow early course correction and ensure execution of key tactics.
Collaborate and provide input to XXX’s regional organisation on strategies, tactics and insights.
Review and manage submissions related sales activities from field.

Required

· Established track record in successful marketing or sales roles in the pharmaceutical industry
· Knowledge of specialty care commercialisation in Japan
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both internal and external stakeholders
· Strong project and process skills with attention to detail
· Must be able to operate in fast paced launch environment
· Energetic self-starter with pragmatic and operationally oriented working style, excellent planning and organizing skills.
· Creating presentation and minutes with main points skill
· Must be willing to travel approximately 10-20% and willing to travel on weekends to conferences and meetings, as needed.
· Logical thinking and strong interest for self-development
· Mindset to enjoy business and organization development collaborating with teams members
Fundamental excel skill

Minimum Years of Experience:

· Education (Minimum) Requirements: Business degree, Life Science degree a plus
· Language (Minimum) Requirements: Fluency in Japanese and business level English
· 5+ years of "progressive" industry/relevant professional experience
· 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, or related experience a plus
· Immunology/biologics/specialty care experience strongly preferred
· Dermatology and respiratory experience a plus
· Previous work within a co-promote or Alliance a plus
· Launch experience a plus
